Thermo Fisher Scientific is the leading global supplier of desktop scanning electron microscopes and imaging and analysis packages for sub-micron-scale applications. Phenom desktop electron microscopes enable fast, high-quality SEM imaging with minimal training and include an optical colour microscope for a “never lost” sample navigation. Thanks to this function it is possible to swiftly navigate to any region of interest and keep the image overview of the sample.

The Phenom Pharos is the first desktop SEM solution that includes a field emission gun (FEG) source to deliver crisp, high brightness images with magnifications of up to one million times!
