Customer Services available

  • Pre-sales testing, installation and operator training. These are conducted according to the manufacturer’s and ACA requirements.
  • Routine maintenance according to customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Instrument repairs and upgrades, both on site and in our workshops.
  • Supply of spares, consumables and where available calibration standards. Many of these items are available ex stock Sydney.
  • Method development and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Applications support and training of new operators.
