ATA Scientific was a proud sponsor of this years Thompson Prize event at the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute (IHMR), The University of Wollongong. The talks focused on a range of topics that certainly impressed the judges (consisting of Margie Sunde, Mark Molloy and Martina Sanderson-Smith). In the end, the judges agreed that Emma Dawson was to be awarded the 2016 Thompson Prize. Neil Robertson (USYD) won the ATA Scientific Lorne Travel award and Claudia Kielkopf (UOW) won the SPG Lorne Travel award, while Gabrielle McClymont (USYD) was awarded the Greg Ralston Memorial Prize.
