ATA Scientific was an exhibitor at this year’s NZIFST conference held at the Wigram Air Force Museum in Christchurch. Visitors attending our booth were invited to learn how scientific techniques such as Laser Diffraction is helping improve food quality and processing while Dynamic light scattering technology is being used to assess emulsion stability.
