4th Asia-Pacific International Conference on Additive Manufacturing (APICAM) 2025
July 1-3, 2025
ATA Scientific together with our partners MalvernPanalytical were proud sponsors of APICAM 2025 held at RMIT University Melbourne. Visitors at our trade table were invited to use the Malvern Morphologi 4 for automated powder imaging and analysis. The desktop Phenom XL SEM enables not only superfast, high-resolution imaging for characterising surface properties but also includes integrated EDS for element identification. Analyse particle size to optimise powder flow and packing density using laser diffraction on the latest Mastersizer 3000+ series. The FT4 powder rheometer from Freeman Technology is ideal for powder flow characterisation – the only powder rheometer with a range of universal standard test methods (ASTM D8328, ASTM D8327 and ASTM D7891).
Contact us15th International NanoMedicine Conference 2025
June 16-18, 2025
ATA Scientific was a proud sponsor of the NanoMedicines conference held at Pier One Sydney Harbour Hotel. Discover the Micropore Pathfinder, an established approach to the development of a variety of nanoparticles from lab bench to GMP manufacture. See the EXODUS automatic exosome isolation system which minimises manual handling, reduces variability and enables consistent, high-purity yields across a range of biological fluids, including serum, plasma, urine, and cell culture media. NanoSight Pro provides quick, easy and accurate particle size and concentration data using both light scatter and fluorescence analysis, ideal for surface marker and internal cargo detection.

SCAA Australian Coatings Show 2025
May 28 – 30, 2025
ATA Scientific was a proud sponsor of the Australian Coatings Show which took place at the Pullman Hotel, Albert Park, Melbourne.
Our booth featured two key instruments — the MSA and DSA25. These drew great interest and sparked insightful conversations around practical surface science applications. We discussed the latest tools used to characterise surfaces and interfaces to assess wettability and many other properties of solids and liquids.
Our guest speaker Dr Fiona Mary Antony, KRÜSS GmbH, presented her talk, “Optimising Coating Processes: Enhancing Adhesion and Performance Across Industries,” which focused on the critical role of surface-free energy, contact angle measurements, and adhesion control in ensuring coating quality and performance — especially in complex multilayer systems. The session also highlighted how real-time, production-relevant surface characterisation using KRÜSS instruments can significantly enhance process efficiency and coating reliability.
Contact us29th Annual Conference of the Australasian Society for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (ASBTE 2025)
April 22-24, 2025
ATA Scientific was a proud sponsor of the 29th Annual Conference of the Australasian Society for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (ASBTE 2025) in Brisbane on 22-24 Apr 2025. Attendees discovered the latest tools used to characterise biomaterials for tissue engineering & regenerative medicine including the latest Malvern Zetasizer Ultra, the most advanced system for measuring particle and molecular size, particle charge and concentration. Congratulations to our hamper winner Gagan Jalandhra PhD student from UNSW Graduate School of Biomedical Engineering.
Contact us50th Conference on Protein Structure and Function 2025
February 8-12, 2025
ATA Scientific was a proud sponsor of the 50th Conference on Protein Structure and Function held at Mantra Lorne, Victoria.
Here we discussed a range of novel protein characterisation technologies including the RedShiftBio Aurora based on Microfluidic Modulation Spectroscopy (MMS) which automatically measures protein structure, stability, aggregation, concentration and protein structural similarity.
Take a look at our poster: Structural Characterization and Comparison of Temperature and Pressure Stress on a Protein Library Across pH and Concentration Using Microfluidic Modulation Spectroscopy
Congratulations to our SPIN to WIN competition winner!
