Product Overview

The Malvern Rosand RH2000 is a compact bench top capillary rheometer ideal for research,product development and quality control. It allows material properties and process conditions to be optimised for critical product functionality. Rheological properties are characterised by extrusion under high pressures, high shear rates and a range of elevated temperatures, conditions which are directly relevant to processing.

Applications range from polymer melts to pharmaceutical processing, foodstuffs, inks and coatings.

Rosand capillary rheometers are available in both single bore or twin bore configurations. A new digital drive system gives excellent performance in terms of speed control, accuracy and dynamic operating range. This new hardware is supported by the latest generation of Windows based software with many new experimental possibilities.
