LUNA-FX7 is an automated, high speed cell counter that provides unmatched accuracy in an easy-to-use workflow.

The intuitive user interface provides rapid, accurate and reliable results in three easy steps: LOAD – COUNT – READ.

LUNA-FX7 gives users the flexibility to analyse up to 8 eight samples simultaneously by using the 8-channel slide, with a maximum counting volume of 5 µL in the single-channel slide (10 times that of conventional cell counters). Using brightfield and dual fluorescent detection, precision autofocus, advanced optics and a clever declustering algorithm, the LUNA-FX7 delivers reliable results for almost every cell type. Its broad cell detection range, 1 x 10^4 cells/mL to 5 x 10^7 cells/mL eliminates the need to dilute or concentrate samples, making the system suitable for diverse cell counting applications including single-cell sequencing and CAR-T cell therapy.

To help monitor and optimise bioprocesses, the LUNA-FX7 has unique built-in quality control features with precision validation slides and is 21 CFR Part 11 ready. Cell number concentrations and viabilities are provided with a single tap on the screen. Multiple devices in various locations can be accessed remotely using complementary CountWire software.
