ATA Scientific was a Bronze sponsor at this years ANFF-AMMRF Research Showcase: “Make and Measure, celebrating 10 years of NCRIS” held at the Australian Institute for Nanoscale Science and Technology, Sydney Nanoscience Hub. Visitors at our trade table were treated to the latest technology in the field of micro and nanofabrication and characterisation including the new 5th Gen Phenom ProX SEM shown in this photo.
