ATA Scientific was a proud exhibitor at the ACMM27 held in Perth, WA. Visitors at our trade table discovered all the latest advances in electron and light microscopy designed for research in the life sciences and physical sciences. Phenom Pharos desktop scanning electron microscope is the very first desktop SEM that comes with a FEG source to deliver crisp, high-quality images with magnifications of up to 2 million times. It expands its acceleration voltage range down to 1 kV, to better accommodate insulating and beam-sensitive samples, and up to 20 kV, with a resolution of 2.0 nm that reveals the finest details.
