6-10 September, 2010. ATA Scientific will be attending as an exhibitor at the upcoming IMPC Conference to be held in Brisbane and will be showcasing two key research instruments for mineral processing including The Mastersizer 2000 (for particle sizing 0.02 to 2000 microns, wet dispersions, and dry powders) and The Insitec Analyser (for measuring particle size distributions, at-line, in-line and on-line.
26 September to 1 October 2010. ATA Scientific will be attending as an exhibitor at the upcoming OZBio Conference to be held in Melbourne and will be showcasing several research instruments, including The Q-Sense E4 (a powerful tool to study molecular interactions with biosurfaces) the Zetasizer-Nano (for nano particle size, zeta potential and molecular weight), the Avestin C5 (lab scale homogeniser for rapid particle and droplet reduction from micron to nanometer sizes) and the Attension Theta (an advanced optical tensiometer for surface & interfacial tension, contact angles and more).
July, 4 - 8, 2010. This year, ATA Scientific was an active Exhibitor and Workshop Host during the AMSA 2010 Conference located at the University of Wollongong. ATA Scientific had an excellent response at the company booth where information was distributed covering topics on Particle Analysis (Malvern Mastersizer 2000, Malvern Zetasizer ) and automated Flow Cytometry with Imaging (FlowCAM by Fluid Imaging). Following the conference, ATA Scientific hosted a one hour workshop for current and prospective users of the FlowCAM systems. For details please see Workshop Review.
July, 4 - 8, 2010. ATA Scientific attended as an exhibitor at the recent RACI Conference held in conjunction with the 12th IUPAC International Congress on Pesticide Chemistry (ICPC) and showcased several research instruments, including The Q-Sense E4 (a powerful tool to study molecular interactions with biosurfaces), the Zetasizer-Nano (for nano particle size, zeta potential and molecular weight) and the Attension Theta (an advanced optical tensiometer for surface & interfacial tension, contact angles and more).

A workshop based on the Automated Counting and Identification of Marine Organisms
ATA Scientific hosted a one hour workshop for current and prospective users of the FlowCAM systems on the 7th July 2010. The Workshop was a fantastic forum for current users of the FlowCAM to discuss their research based on the use of the instrument. There was an excellent response at the event with over 20 attendees from various Australian Universities. ATA Scientific would like to thank Martina Doblin and Susan Fenech from the University of Technology Sydney, Michael Ellwood from the Australian National University and Leanne Armand from Macquarie University for preparing and delivering their presentations to the attendees at the seminar.
