Dual Polarisation Interferometry (DPI) is an analytical technique used to understand the real-time structure and behaviour of thin films and nanosurfaces. Applications include polymers, surfactants and biomolecules.
Click here to contact usThe AnaLight® DPI system is a convenient benchtop analyser that uses an interferometric technique for surface and thin film characterisation. Dynamic measurements include:
The AnaLight® provides quantitative data for interacting thin films and nanosurfaces from 0.1nm to 100nm with dimensional resolution of <0.1Å and density resolution of <0.1 pgram/mm2. This high resolution allows accurate calculation of mass, surface coverage and concentration.
The system can accommodate a broad range of solvents, such as DMSO and EtOH and buffers. This means that experiments can be conducted in the conditions of choice.
