ATA Scientific provides a range of customer support services, including:

  1. Pre-sales testing, ensuring EMC certification, installation and operator training. These are conducted according to the manufacturer's and ACA requirements.
  2. Routine maintenance according to customer and regulatory requirements.
  3. Instrument repairs and upgrades, both on site and in our workshops.
  4. Supply of spares, consumables and calibration standards. Many of these items are available ex stock Sydney.
  5. Service contracts arranged according to requirements.
  6. Applications support and training of new operators.
